How to Produce Hair Conditioner
Hair conditioner are hair food that is been applied to our hair to prevent breakage of the hair ,nourishing of the hair and soften of the hair ,it is applied to the hair after you have wash your hair with shampoo after applying relaxer to your hair .If you want to start the production of hair conditioner this are the chemicals you need to start the production of it.
Requirements
(1) Mineral oil
(2) cetyl alcohol
(3) Lanolin
(4) Croda wax
(5) Methyl paraban
(6) Nitrosol Pac-R
(7) Glycerin or propylene glycol
(8) Colorant
(9) Fragrance
(10) Water
The method and process of producing hair conditioner
You should dissolve Pac-R or nitrosol (thickener) into water and leave overnight in the water.
Then melt all the measured oil chemicals for example mineral oil, croda wax ,lanolin, cetyl alcohol, methyl partaban and the oil solution colorant with a mild heat.
Now you should mix sample 1 and 2 together and add glycerin ,propylene gylcol, and fragrance of choice. stir the mixture continuously till a smooth creamy texture is observed
Finally pour the finished hair condition into its container and start the usage and the sell of this product .
