We have seen in the course of the years, people buying this product at a very high rate instead of learning how to produce it free of charge and then saving on spendings.
Most ladies use this product to wash their hairs. SO why not do yourslef some good by taking time to learn and produce yours.
The good news is that they are not so difficult to produce just that we’ve not come accross how to produce them in such a simple way.
SHAMPOO PRODUCTION: What you need
Reagents
1. Antisol Pac-R
2. Sulphonic acid
3. Sodium cholorite
4. Soium Laurel Sulphate
5. Formalihydrate
6. Frangrance oil
7. Coloutant
8. Soda-ash
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1) Soak Antisol with 100 litres of water
and allow to melt for 1-2days.
2) Soak S.L.S. for 1 – 2 hours.
3) Soak soda ash and sulphonic acid, 1-2 hours.
4) Add method a, b, c, together and stir.
5) Add your fragrance,
6) Add preservative – formaline and color then stir very well.
